Barbara Bach comes from NY, US, born Aug. '47. Her looks and height got her into the world of modeling when she was in mid-teens and she went to Italy on a modeling assignment.

While she was flying, she met a guy who was over a decade older than her and she became Mrs. Augusto Gregorini while she was still a teenager. The married life didn't stop her from continuing with her work and she was in various fashion magazines as well as intro to TV and movies. Living in Italy, she appeared in over 10 movies and also starred in "The Spy Who Loved Me" ('77) which gave her an international status.

From her marriage, she got 2 kids but no love and split from her 1st hubby before the 70's ran out. She moved back to US. Beginning of the new decade saw her meet Ringo Starr - whom she married and stayed married to.

Mid '80 marked the end of her modeling as well as acting career with only few movies under her belt. It was recorded that while she was active, Barbara Bach has appeared in over 20 movies. Since marrying a music star, she gave up her life in acting but that hasn't stopped her from appearing in some of the magazines, including Playboy (4 times). This free time saw her complete her degree in Psychology with Masters at the beginning of '90s from UCLA.

She got involved in non-profit work and organizations and also opened an institution helping those who are addicts with the help of other celebrities. While Barbara Bach's surname was originally Goldbach, she shortened it shortly after getting in front of the cameras. Music is obviously following her in a strange way as one of her distant relatives was Johann Sebastian Bach.
